Came across a couple of interesting articles about breastfeeding mums in the sports section of the paper yesterday. These amazing women are combining a sporting career and breastfeeding. It goes to show breastfeeding is becoming high profile!
And remember even if you aren't a high achieving sports star, you are still achieving a LOT by combining breastfeeding and everyday life (ie toddlers, work, managing a house). Every mum is a superwoman in their own right.
So my motto is do your best and forget the rest..
